Ab Circle Pro
Being fit and healthy has more to do than just looks, it effects how you feel and how others perceive you. Eating healthy isn’t enough, cardio and weights must also be factored into a healthy lifestyle, but a full workout isn’t always in the cards with the busy lives we all have now. Wanting to have and keeping a flat stomach shouldn’t be pushed aside though, as you can achieve this goal in the comfort of your own home in only minutes a day with the Ab Circle Pro.
The abdominal muscles and core are critical to how the rest of your body works, building and maintaining these core muscles is crucial to an overall healthy body. Properly exercising this specific part of the body has always been hard, tiresome and boring, but not anymore.
Being overweight, obese or even a few pounds over can not only be unhealthy, it can restrict your movement, cause breathing problems or worse, lead to life threatening disease and ailments. Your risk of having a stoke, diabetes, or worse, a heart attack, are all increased when there is little to no exercise in your lifestyle. We’re a mobile society, driving or taking public transportation everywhere, rarely walking or riding bicycles. This only worsens the case for life-long problems to come forward.
One of the biggest problems with traditional sit-ups as a way to strengthen your abs is that no cardio is involved. Furthermore, the muscles are so isolated, the rest of the supporting muscles rarely get used. It’s also not the best exercise for those with back problems, leg stiffness or neck issues. Further compounding the problem is that most people simply don’t do them properly.
These issues can all be remedied with the introduction of the Ab Circle Pro. A revolutionary design that gets you off the floor and into a more upright position, utilizing all of your body’s muscles and putting almost no strain on your back or neck. The Ab Circle Pro also works your entire core, not just specific parts of your abs, helping you achieve a flat stomach in far less time than any other method.
The small, compact design sets up in just minutes and is actually fun to use. Spending 20-30 minutes a day a few days a week using the Ab Circle Pro will give you results faster than any other ab and core workout on the market. Because the Ab Circle Pro works your abs side to side, a fuller, more broad range of motion is used to emphasize each muscle group in a cardiovascular way, building muscle while also burning fat and calories.
Made of gym quality steel, the Ab Circle Pro is built to last a lifetime and is easily fold-able for storage. A unique frictionless track (patented) means smooth gliding from side to side as you burn the calories off your sides and stomach. The movement burns as many calories per hour as jogging on the treadmill.
The body position when using the Ab Circle Pro is to keep your spine and neck in-line, which is also shared with Pilate’s workouts. Hand-grips at the top are padded and have a secure feeling to them. Utilizing the workout in this position and by supporting your weight you will also get the benefits of chest, shoulder, arm and back workout too!
The best way to try the Ab Circle Pro is in your own home, and you can do so for 30 days for only $14.95. Buy it outright for a low $199.75 plus shipping and handling and enjoy it’s benefits for a lifetime. Now is the time to shed excess body fat, love handles and bulges without the high monthly cost of gym memberships, and in the privacy of your own home.

I am generally pleased with my ab circle pro except for the knee pads. Mine provided plugs to put into the holes where the screws were. I used the machine only to discover that the plugs made holes in my skin at the knee. It was uncomfortable. I tried using simple kitchen sponges. They slipped off. I tried another small pad. My knee slipped off. Finally I went to the local LOWES store and bought construction knee pads that strapped on. While still uncomfortable and occasionally slip off, they work for the most part. I am disappointed but at least I can sort of use my machine.
