I have a young daughter and last year was the first time I had to make cupcakes for her whole class.  Yeah I know it is only like 35 cupcakes, but it took all night, literally.  By the end of it, I was covered in pink icing, it was in my hair, under my nails and down my shirt.  Still the cupcakes cam out looking horrible. I had to make over 100 cupcakes to get 35 good enough looking ones to not be embarrassed.  Part of me thought I should just buy them this year, but the other half had me thinking I have to get over this hump, and make some good darn looking cupcakes.

So I went online and found a recipe that would never fail, and while I was searching around I found this special pan that makes giant cupcakes ( Big Top Cupcake ).  It is called the Big Top Cupcake and it is a pan made from a flexible and non-stick silicon, which is all the craze in the cooking industry right now.  The cupcakes are huge, and so much fun to decorate.  So I threw a few big ones in for decoration and made mini ones for the whole class.  Well this year I was the talk of the school.  Every woman came up to me after our weekly meeting, and had to tell me how great my Big Top Cupcake looked and tasted, and how I got those giant ones.

Now I make special giant cupcakes all the time for birthdays and all of her class special functions. I have done one in the shape of a bumblebee hive for Earth Day, and the kids went crazy over it.  I love it, I look like some sort of cupcake genius now.  All thanks to the Big Top Cupcake kit. They have other recipes and design ideas in the special book that comes with it, so give them a try, and you can thank me later.

Spend your time decorating, a fun pass time, rather then spending all night just trying to get your cupcakes to look like cupcakes.  There are so many different ideas to choose from, and your kids will have so much fun helping you.  Yes that is right, you can actually trust them to help you with this great pan.
