Insanity Workout Review

Insanity WorkoutHow would you like to have the body you have always wanted in as little as two months?  Well, you can with the Insanity Workout.  With less then an hour a day of work out time you can get rock hard abs, a toned body, and feel great.  However, you are going to have to work hard.  The Insanity Workout is not for those of you that want magical results without you having to get off of your butt.  The Insanity Workout is hard, but it works.

Insanity will test your limits, and might just be the hardest workout you have ever tried.  Shaun T is your trainer on all 10 of  the DVD’s.  Based on a plyometric workout, yo will go non-stop doing intervals of strength, resistance, and ab/core training.  You do not need any equipment, or any gym memberships. You can do it all from the comfort of your own home.

The maximum interval is the big secret behind the Insanity workout.  There is none of this take it easy, or have a seat if you feel you are working too hard.  Shaun T makes you max out your strength until you feel like death would be a better option for losing weight… but it works.

You will be challenged, but that is what you need. You will do both aerobic, and anaerobic intervals to the max.  In one single workout you will lose more then 1000 calories, and have your dream body in only sixty days.  I have not worked out this hard well… ever.  I have never sweated like that before, but you would be amazed at how great you feel afterwords, and confident.  It is insane, but I highly recommend it for those of you that need a bit of motivation. Feel good about yourself, and your health. The weight is not going to lose itself.

Insanity is ridiculous. I dropped 2% body fat in the first 30 days when I thought I could not lose that much.
