jyze PRO Review
Do you hate your arms? Do they shake or sag? I know I had this problem, and so I avoided wearing any short sleeve tops or sleeveless tank tops. When I would wear short sleeve tops my arm looked like it took up the whole sleeve, and actually left fabric lines on my skin cause they were so tight. Whenever I looked in the mirror it looked funny because my arms looked disproportionate up against the rest of my body. Just pull on the adjustable handles to keep the disc spinning. You can even change how much tension the handles have, as there are two different strengths. The yellow band is less intense then the orange, but when you are ready to work a little harder just swap the bands.
