Spin Gym Review
I am always on the hunt for good exercise equipment. Some are just gimmicks, others do not work, some you have to work too hard… So on my most recent quest I found the Spin Gym, and thought heck, lets give this one a try. It did not look like it required any special training or a whole lot of work so I grabbed one to try. The Spin Gym is great. It is primarily used to target your arm and upper body strength.
The Spin Gym is a small and portable device that uses two rings connected by a stretchable cord to a movable device. Don’t worry because it comes all assembled for you, just take it out and get to work. You can take it anywhere you want, and I find that I use mine most at work. It gives you 20 pounds of resistance, so do not think that you will get ripped with this device, it is simply meant to tone you up. All you have to do is use it for like 5 minutes a day and you will see the results. They sold out after I got mine, but they may have some more in store now for all of you that want to give it a try.
So grab one and see if you think it works for you. My body feels way loser, and I suffer from neck and shoulder problems that I find gets relieved when I use the Spin Gym, not to mention my flabby arms are looking better then ever. I think it was well worth the thirty dollars and Forbes Riley is a trustable name brand so I am quite happy. What do you all think of the Spin Gym?

It will work your entire upper body especially your arms. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t get the hang of winding the tool up. View the instructional DVD first before you begin. This is the key. I bought mine from Home Shopping Network for $24.95 and it’s worth that and more.
