The Cardio Twister is a stepper, but it moves from side to side, and not just up and down like the regular ones.  I think this makes all the difference.  So forget about wasting your time and money with a gym membership.  You do not need it with the Cardio Twister.

You see I keep hearing about my core, and how important it is to keep strong.  Well the Cardio Twister does a great job of this.  I can really feel my core get stronger and stronger with every twist.  Now of course it came with a big booklet of diet suggestions, and different workouts, and they are very helpful.  If you do not follow the diet you will not get the results that they claim, but I have just been using it as a toning device, and it has done great.  Perhaps, you would notice the results quicker if you followed the whole regimen.  So let me know how your results are doing especially if you have been following the instructions.  I wish you the most success with your Cardio Twister, and hope your bathing suit season will be as great as mine will be.
