The Spin Gym is a small and portable device that uses two rings connected by a stretchable cord to a movable device.  Don’t worry because it comes all assembled for you, just take it out and get to work.  You can take it anywhere you want, and I find that I use mine most at work.  It gives you 20 pounds of resistance, so do not think that you will get ripped with this device, it is simply meant to tone you up.  All you have to do is use it for like 5 minutes a day and you will see the results.  They sold out after I got mine, but they may have some more in store now for all of you that want to give it a try.
