I am a plant fanatic, but I am not very good at taking care of them. I guess it is not really my fault I travel a lot. I hate relying on my friends and family to come over and water my plants. Now I never have to worry because I can go away for a month and my plants will be fine.

I got this new cool product called Crystal Soil. Not only do my plants look amazing, but they can go for long periods of time without me having to water them.

Crystal Soil is a polymer that is super absorbent. In fact, it can hold up to two hundred times its weight in water. That means you can water your plants up to fifty percent less with Crystal Soil.

You can either mix a bit of Crystal Soil in with your regular potting soil, or you can put it in a clear pot, and showcase its stunning beauty. It comes in a variety of colors, so you can even decorate your plants and flowers by mixing them, or matching them with blooms. water will be released to the roots as it needs it, so you are not over or under watering.

Crystal Soil is completely safe, and non toxic. It will last for years, and you will not have to change it like you would with regular soil when it loses its nutrients. You do not have to worry about fertilizing or feeding either. Your plants will look always look their best.

Crystal Soil is great for center pieces or parties. Your friends will wonder what it is, and you can tell them all about Crystal Soil. They will fall in love with it, and then you do not have to worry about returning the favor to water their plants.

<img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1481" title="2609.detail.a" src="http://productreviewsby.me/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/2609.detail.a.jpg" alt="leaf"width="211" height="200" />Well this next product would have been more useful when you were all cleaning p your gardens and preparing for summer, but I am still getting using out of mine right now, for helping with clean-up, weeding, and by Fall I will need them more then ever. They are called Leaf Grabbers, and you can picture them as giant garbage can lids that you can wear as gloves to help pick up all your lawn and garden waste.

Leaf Grabbers will help you with all your gardening needs, and yard work. That way you do not have to pick up all that dirty stuff with your bare hands which does not allow you to pick up very much at a time, and you end up dropping most of it by the time you get to your garbage or your compost.

You can pick up leaves, grass trimmings, twigs and all other debris with these over sized helpers. You can even use them to scoop up large piles of debris, and carry it wherever you need to make it too. There is no need for pesky shovels, and your hands will stay clean, and not touch any dirt or bugs.

You can even use the Leaf Grabbers to spread fertilizers, and the durable plastic claws have toothed serrated edges and handles that mold to your hands. For less then ten dollars a pair, they are a necessity to everyone’s garden.

So grab a pair of Leaf Grabbers, and put an end to that hard lawn work. You will wish you would have had these the whole time. I cannot imagine not having my Leaf Grabbers, as they make my life so much easier. They are really great for any older people who want to minimize the amount of bending over they have to do, by being able to grab larger quantities of debris.

<img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1181" title="fliesaway" src="http://productreviewsby.me/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/fliesaway.gif" alt="Flies Away"width="178" height="148" />As bug season quickly approaches I thought this is the best time to tell everyone about this new product called Flies Away. You see I love to spend the majority of my Spring and Summer in my garden and yard, so when flies, mosquitoes and other pests begin to wreak their little heads, I am always looking for a way to get rid of them. I hate having a BBQ when a big fly comes and lands on someones cheese burger. So I am going to be prepared this season and get a Flies Away from my house and yard.

Flies Away is great because you do not have to leave toxic materials all over your home and yard that your children or pets could potentially come into contact with. All you have to do is add water, the bait, and away you go. Flies Away can trap up to 20,000 flies, so you can easily leave it inside or out. That way you and your friends and family do not have to get bothered with a whole slew of pests swarming your next get together.

So get a Flies Away for your home, garden, barn, and BBQ to protect it from getting invaded by these pesky flies. Make your home a no fly zone with Flies Away. You will be amazed at just how many flies you will catch that are constantly spreading germs around your home.

Flies Away is even used by the military to get rid of flies, and at least you are using a bio-degradable, non-toxic bait instead of the unsafe alternatives. The flies will not be able to resist this bait over your cheese burger any day, so grab a few for your home today.

We all have our gardens in mind as the sun rears its head, and we begin to think about the Spring. I simply cannot wait until I am elbow deep in potting soil. You see I have a secret that I am going to share with you on how to get the biggest tomatoes.

Tomatoes are great in almost every dish. Whether you love a great bruschetta or a spaghetti sauce, tomatoes are a cooking staple. The fresher the tomato the better, and the ones we buy in the store these days are picked unripened, and gassed to perfection. If you want to avoid harmful chemicals and pesticides then jump on the Giant Tomato band wagon.

Giant Tomato has found a secret to growing the biggest tomatoes. In fact, you can get over sixty pounds of tomatoes from one plant. Giant Tomato does not produce vines, they make trees. Not to mention each and every tomato is like two pounds. Once one gets picked another one arrives in days in its place.

Your friends and neighbors will be in awe after they see just what your patio or garden looks like. They will think you got an apple tree, and you can tell them they are just tomatoes. Could you imagine having an eight foot tomato plant? I anticipate Spring, as I place my order for Giant Tomato. I cannot wait to see if I can get tomato trees as tall as your average man in as little as three months. If I am successful I will let you all know, and yes Dad you too. My dad is a gardening fanatic, just like me.

If anyone has heard about the success rate of Giant Toamto, be sure to let us all know your experience.

With Spring just around the corner, it is on every one’s agenda… the lawn. It has been suffering all winter long, and looks like it needs a lot of tender loving care. I do not know about the rest of you, but my lawn looks awful right now. It is infested with grubs, and so the birds and local critters come around and dig it up to get to the grubs. I could not figure out what to do about it until I heard about Quick Lawn. It is a special type of grass seed that can withstand all sorts of pressure from bugs, traffic, shade, or snow. Yeah that is right, Quick Lawn will even stay green with snow on top of it.

It seems like no matter what I do my lawn looks patchy and dry. Quick Lawn is great because it fixes all of the problems with the lawn, and also leaves it looking lush and green. If you are familiar with most traditional grass seed then you will notice that it takes months for you to begin to even see the slightest change in your grass. With Quick Lawn it happens way faster, and the quality of grass is better. Within five days you will notice the grass begin to grow. It will strangle other weeds that are in your existing grass and it is resistant to bugs and diseases.

With Quick Lawn your grass will stay greener all year long, even in the winter. That way you do not have to wait for weeks for your lawn to recuperate from the frost. All you have to do is sow it, and let it do the rest. You can walk on it, or even play with the dog on it, and it will not make any difference in the way Quick Lawn performs. If your lawn is like mine, half of it is stuck in the shade, and that side always looks the worst, but not anymore with Quick Lawn every inch f it will be perfect.

So forget about those harmful chemicals and fertilizers. Quick Lawn is all you need to have the perfect lawn that your neighbors envy.

As we all prepare for the Spring season that is just around the corner, you are probably busy trimming the hedges, seeding and fertilizing the lawn, and planting your flowers or vegetables. It can be a lot of work, especially if you have a large lawn and garden. Do not worry though, the Garden Groomer is here to help you.

I have never found a weed eater that works great, until now. Usually they are hard to maneuver, and the string constantly breaks or runs out. The Garden Groomer is a different kind of weed eater, and it does much more. You are constantly worried that you will electrocute yourself if you hit the cord, or you may trip on it a few times by the end of the day. then you have this awful mess to clean up, and your lawn is filled with weeds and branches.

With the Garden Groomer you can forget about all of that. Your garden will not be work, but rather something you can actually enjoy doing. It is light weight, and the blade is concealed so you are not afraid to go near it. You do not have to worry about accidentally cutting the cord. There is also a neat vacuum installed so it makes cleaning up easy, as it sucks all of the debris in and then shreds it up to easily dispose of. You can even use it as mulch for your garden, and recycle everything you cut.

The Garden Groom has a nice ergonomic feel to it, and allows you to hold on with both hands securely. This makes shaping your hedges much easier, and will not leave your arm aching by the end. I love the Garden Groomer, and find gardening so much easier when I use it. Let us know what you think of your Garden Groomer.

So I am a sucker for gardening, I just love it. I find it so relaxing. I am always on the look out for neat new things to stick out in my garden so that I am the envy of all of my neighbors. I found this new cool product that I had to tell you all about, so you can give it a try. They are called FirePots, and they are so beautiful.

FirePots are made out of hand crafted ceramics and are artisan glazed. This makes them a very beautiful compliment to any area in your yard. You can even have them in doors but I prefer them in my garden. I have a couple on my patio, and everyone compliments me on them. However, I am thinking of even lining my walkway with them.

So all you have to do is pick a few colors that you love, and that will go with your garden or house decor. Since they are all hand made they are all different, so find a few that really spark your interest.

You must also consider what sizes you want. They range form quite small to large, so make sure you look at the dimensions to see what size you are getting. Since they are on fire, you want to make sure they are in safe spots around your yard. Do not put them anywhere to close to high traffic areas in your yard, or anywhere near the seating.

You wil also ned to figure out if you will be using your FirePots inside or outside, or both. This will impact where you put them, and the sizes and colors you will choose. it will also impact whether you will need regular gel, or citronella gel, to rid your area of mosquitoes and other pests.

The flammable gel is what will keep your pot burning for hours and hours. You can order it with your pots, or even buy it at most home and garden stores. So there you have it. FirePots are an amazing accent to any home or garden, so grab a couple today. They are beautiful, and sell for around $30-$40. Have fun with them.

The WheelEasy makes yard work fun, you do not need to break your back with this great product, and you will get your yard work done quickly and easily. Perhaps wheelbarrow is not the best way to describe the WheelEasy, it is more like a portable, collapsible yard cart. You can use it for virtually anything you need to do in your yard. From picking up weeds to spreading mulch. You can even use it to move gravel around or to help with pruning.

The WheelEasy is made of fabric rather then hard plastic or metals, so you can put it on the ground, and use it for ground level loading. You do not even need to pick anything p and put it in the pouch, just sweep or rake it in. Then you can pick it up, and away you go.

Because gravity takes effect with the WheelEasy it will only feel like you are lifting half the weight that the WheelEasy is holding at the time. So no more back aches or pains. Also, the WheelEasy is not as heavy as your average wheelbarrow so that takes away some of the unnecessary weight that you are carrying around.

The WheelEasy is a good gift for all you gardeners out there, and for anyone who wishes they had a bit of help with the garden chores. Give it a try, and I am sure you will fall in love with it like I did.

So they look like your average planter until night falls and then your garden shines in the night. The planter has 6 LED solar powered lights in them so that your planters stay lit all night long. You have a choice to turn them off to conserve the battery life, but it recharges when the sun shine so that you always have these beautiful lit up planters. They make your garden look exquisite, and are great if you have a lot of BBQ’s or outside gatherings in your yard. Everyone will be commenting on these planters, and asking you where you got them. They come in a few different colors including, frost, green, blue, terra cotta, yellow, and stone.

Now of course you do not have to put plants in them, some people have used them to hold drinks, or ice for parties. Whatever you want to use them for is totally up to you. You will likely get about 30,000 hours out of the LED bulbs that they come with.

So go and get a few for your home. They look amazing if you have any sort of water attraction in your yard like a pool or hot tub. Even if you do not, you will surely love these planters as much as I do.

The price ranges depending on where you get them, and if you are getting the real GardenGlo brand. You will not have to worry about your electricity bill though since they use solar power, you can enjoy them instead of worrying about the electrical cost, or the environmental impact.

Okay so this product is just cool so I have to tell you about it. You may have heard of it if you are thinking of going green, or just like cool products around your house. I ordered one of these just because I thought this is neat, I need one, and so do all of my friends and family.

It is called the Sun Jar, and it is precisely that. It stores the sun. It is cooler then it sounds, but just like you would store a jar of pickles, the Sun Jar simply stores sun.

If you are asking why someone would want to store the sun, well to save electricity of course. Who needs to plug in a lap if you have a Sun Jar. You do not need to do anything to the Sun Jar, just leave it and when night falls, suddenly your Sun Jar will illuminate. It is great to put by your bed for when you read, or even in your child’s room as a neat night light.

So the Sun Jar is a simple mason jar with solar cells inside. It also has a rechargeable battery in it with the LED light. Once you have the Sun Jar in the sun an electrical current charges the battery and you will get sun for a few more hours. The jar is frosted to give you the illusion of the sun, and can be placed anywhere you want.

The Sun Jar is also completely water proof so you can even leave it outside. You can put it in your garden or anywhere else around your home.

If you really want to turn your Sun Jar off there is a override switch which will enable you to turn off your Sun Jar to conserve it battery life.
