Every guy dreams of being the next Couture or Saint Pierre, and now you can with The Tower 200. Anyone can build muscle, you just have to know how, and want it. So if you want to put on a bit of weight in all the right places, then grab yourself a Tower 200. If you have a door, you can have the Tower 200.

That is right, the men in the UFC spend the majority of their days training, however, you can reduce the long days of training and exercising by getting a Tower 200, and then instead of doing vigorous work outs all day, get the same results, but with only a little over ten minutes a day.

The Tower 200 comes equipped with over 200 pounds of resistance, and 200 exercises that will push your body to another level. To build muscle you want it to be worked to its maximum capacity and, the Tower 200 does just this. Even if working out is not your life like the MMA fighters in the UFC, do not worry because it will take you no time at all. Just use it for 10-15 minutes a day, and you will be ripped in no time.

It fits in any door, so you d not have to worry about finding that it does not fit yours. Setting up the Tower 200 could not be easier, just choose your resistance level, attach the grips on your hands and ankles, and start your work out. It could not be any easier.

It is nothing like you have ever seen before in terms of traditional work out equipment. It works out every part of your body, and does not take up a whole room, especially if you live in a smaller apartment. So grab one, they are quite inexpensive, and the results are amazing. Give it a try, and ladies there is nothing stopping you from using the Tower 200. It will work great on those muffin tops and love handles, while getting rid of flabby arms and thighs too. At last, a workout that is right for both men and women.

There are a ton of fitness products out there, all of which promise you that firm body and tight abs in a certain number of weeks (or months). But when I heard about the TRX and the concept behind it, I was more than intrigued. It wasn’t just that this was a minimalistic training tool that was made for the Navy SEALs, nor was it just that this product was used by athletes and MMA fighters. It was a little bit of everything that drew me in and made me want to learn more.

The story behind the TRX (don’t all these fitness products have interesting stories behind them nowadays?) is that it was developed by a former US Navy SEAL. The goal was to have a fitness program that would be workable with a minimal amount of equipment, and the TRX, manufactured by Fitness Anywhere aims to do just that. It’s a simple, light, easy to carry product that can truly work almost anywhere. The product itself is a lightweight resistance-belt that can be attached to anything- a door, tree branch, anything, and can be used to do hundreds of different exercises, all in a package that weighs less than 2 lbs.

The TRX uses what they call leveraged bodyweight exercise, or resistance training. Basically, it uses your own body weight to provide the resistance needed to give your body a workout. Now this system is unique in that unlike conventional workouts, you can’t target specific muscles to work on. Rather, the system works your core more, delivering more functional workouts that boost balance, speed and agility. This results in less physique micro-sculpting, but on the plus side, the vigor of the exercises builds a truly athletic physique.

The TRX comes in a variety of packages custom-made for different fitness goals. Featuring two different belts, one regular and one military with a plethora of workout books and DVDs coming with the package, prices range from $140 to almost $300.
