I thought I should give it a try as I have a few extra pounds that I could stand to lose, and that way I could test to see if the product actually worked.  First, I wanted to make sure it was safe.  The ingredients are on the bottle, but all I got out of the commercial was that it contained yam extract.  I thought, hey I eat yams all the time, and they do not seem to make me lose weight, but heck I will give it a try.

Zylotrim contains 7-Keto which is a steroid found within each and every one of us.  So yes, it is 100% natural, but I do not know where the yam comes in.  7 Keto does not have any side effects, so that is a benefit,and it turns out that 7 Keto actually does have a weight loss ingredient in it.  It has been proven to have a positive effect on thyroid hormone levels in obese people.  There is data to support this claim, so Zylotrim does have a point.  The thyroid has a major effect on our metabolisms.  It is thought that if we can control out metabolism, we can get rid of obesity.  Zylotrim may be a great first start to this research, while making money off of us at the same time.

I have been taking it for a few weeks and I have lost 3 pounds.  Now my weight has the tendency to fluctuate around these levels so I am wondering if anyone has results if you have been taking for more then a couple weeks.  Please share your results, so we can find out if Zylotrim is as good as it claims.
